I live in San Diego. You'll get a lot of use out of it here. Weather has been so weird but you can wear a cardi most days, definitely in the late afternoon.

Madped- I can only wear this if I am not in Phoenix! I am going to San Diego soon, so it is cooler there. Most days are a tee and shorts!
