Almost right, @lynjane - they are not cutouts, but I layered the orange harbour scene upside down behind the main buildings. You know how you have three options when inserting an item - the lowest option window is for custom cutouts, and the other two are unnamed? I used the top option for this trick. Thanks for liking it - I might use this effect again if it suits the composition!
