I MISS VW SO MUCH. WISH THEY WOULD START WRITING MORE SONGS AGAIN EVER SINCE THE LAWSUIT THING D:

I love this song, the retro-feeling {totally doesn't correlate with this set MEH and the true meaning of the song doesn't even apply to my real life.} But the song is so sweet, bittersweet, melancholic, and dreamy-- ah! Why can't other "artists" nowadays produce music like that, tasteful, thought-provoking music that can actually be called a work of art.

Oh, and don't call VW hipster music. Hipsters used to be so cooooool and elite {I mean, they used to look so cool walking around downtown and so UNIQUE. And I admit I wished I was one from time to time.... or was. But whatever.} Now in youth society, everyone wants to become hipster. The popular girls in my school follow the hipster fashion {whist listening to One Direction/Justin Bieber, mind me.} Hipster isn't even cool anymore, it's so mainstream. It's like "Oooh, simply wear high-waisted ripped short shorts, a random vintagey-looking top from Urban Outfitters, keds, and embrace messy hair. Ta-da! You're hipster." NO, you don't even have the IQ points or knowledge of literature/philosophy/politics to call yourself "hipster" because a subculture is not only how you dress but also your state of mind {oh god, i sound so shallow and stereotypical}, you spoiled white suburban kid. I understand that hipsters adopt what's cool and let it go mainstream, but it's to the point where being a ''Hipster'' is mainstream, not just their adopted trends. Oh what's next hipster kids, dressing in footsie pajama pants for irony's sake? So stupid in trying to differentiate yourself among your fellow hipster peers when you all have one goal; to NOT conform while unknowingly and naively conforming. This rant was so rambling, pardon me. BAHAHAHA.
