The objective for this contest is to create a Washington, D.C. outfit. Preferably for one who works in a government building: such as the White House or Congress. It could also be a museum or library. Jobs could range from tour guide to the head boss himself. Heck, you could even design the outfit for the lovely Michelle Obama or who knows, the next woman president!
