  • Michael Williams "Sad Bay Watcher Nude" Color Photograph
    artfulhome.com
These images are hard to explain; a traditional figure study celebrated through the application of things such us flowers, rust, walls, leaves, paintings and clouds. I find the contrast between the two worlds interesting and surreal. The studies assembled here are an attempt to balance and explore the tenuous relationship between dreams and reality, But perhaps the images will bend the folds and creases of reality. The celebration of the human form is obvious and normal. But the mixing of every day sights , I hope, will encourage us to look with softer eyes at the world and the the people around us. How can our lives and the people and objects in them be more wonderful and evocative than they already are? The paper, Epson Ultrachrome Premium Luster Paper and K3 Inks used by the photographer, create a brilliant, singing print that will last for ages. The materials used meet or exceed all current conservation and archival standards. All prints are hand-made by the photographer at Albany Arts Gallery in the San Francisco Bay Area or at his lab in Grants Pass in the Great State of Oregon Other print sizes available are 8x11, 11x17, 20x24, & 24x30 About This Print: 16x20 Ultrachrome K3 Archival Print The print size is as stated but will sometimes show margins. depending on camera format and compositional needs.
