What do I do when I'm feeling blue?

1) Try to gain perspective
2) Become quiet, isolated - in a good way. It helps me become centred and allows me to focus on what I really think and feel.
3) Exercise 
4) Make a set on Polyvore
4) Watch Gilmore Girls
5) Try a new cake or cupcake recipe
6) Avoid people who bring me down (not many of them in my life thankfully!)
7) Go for a walk, enjoy being outdoors
8) Stroke my cats, cuddle them until they purr
9) Email a friend
10) Plan something nice to look forward to
