Who Wore It Better: Naomi Watts or Chrissy Teigen?

If the backless Alexander McQueen gown that John Legend's fiance Chrissy Teigen wore at the Vanity Fair Oscar party last Sunday looked familiar, it might be because Naomi Watts donned the same dress earlier this year at the People's Choice Awards. The difference, though, was in their styling. Naomi swept her blonde locks to the side and kept her accessories simple with thin gold bracelets. Chrissy played up her glamorous side with drop earrings and a bold lip.
