A bright skirt and leopard is always good! I can even imagine a hot/bright purple instead of the aqua color.
 
One can wear any color shoes (I suggest a solid) because it can go with the color blocking feel (because the shoe and the skirt would be the only two colors bc the leopard would offset as a neutral) or can wear black shoes to keep it basic.
