Yay! We got rotate!
The rotate tool isn't working on Firefox, which I usually use, so I logged on to explorer to test it out, but I hope they fix it because I hate using explorer.

ooh! I got it to work. I think my spinspotter plugin was messing with it, so I disabled it and now it works. ♥ | |
