If you can't sleep, then get up and do something instead of lying there and worrying. It's the worry that gets you, not the loss of sleep.

But seriously its true though, apparently the average time its takes for us to fall asleep is 7 Min's, so they say if you haven't fallen asleep after 15 Min's, get up and do something for a bit.
