"Or we could get married," he suggested with a casual shrug. "We could just get married right now and have fifty-two babies and maybe adopt our own whale and we could be really really happy~~"
"Ahn Daniel, I'm not marrying you!" I responded for what seemed like the hundredth time that week.
"Then just go out with me," he whined, stomping his foot like a child.
"YES YES, JUST SAY YES," Mary unnie shouted out of exasperation; the look in her eyes said that she was about to rip the hairs off of both of our heads. "Or move to another table, I can't eat lunch with you two constantly denying your love-bird status." Daehyun nodded in agreement. Stupid boy, he always agrees with what she says. -.-
"Not everyone can have a perfect relationship like you, unnie," I muttered before taking a sip of my Coke.
"And with such a good-looking boyfriend, too," Daehyun pointed out, scooting closer to Mary unnie in the booth seat and waggling his eyebrows.
"I'm good-looking!" Niel protested, clasping his hands around my face and shoving it 3 inches away from his, forcing me to look at him. "LOOK AT MY FACE. ISN'T IT GOOD-LOOKING."
I squirmed out of his grasp, massaging my cheeks with a wince. "Ow."
"Hey, at least his lips as kissable," Mary unnie pointed out.
Niel nodded. "So kissable. You should kiss them. And we can get married."
"My lips are kissable, too," Daehyun protest-whined, making his need for attention from Mary unnie too obvious and cringe-worthy.
"And that's why I kiss them everyday," Mary unnie cooed as she pinched his cheeks.
"Uh huh. And you tell us to go move to another table." My words went unnoticed by the two, mostly because..."CAN YOU TWO STOP KISSING NOW; I GET IT, HIS LIPS ARE KISSABLE."
"They're at it again, let's just go," Niel said with a sigh and a shake of his head, grabbing my hand and pulling me out of my chair.
"Why do they always have to do that," I complained as we left the restaurant. "I never get to finish my food."
"Would a kiss make it better?"
"It would make it better for me~~"
"I don't ca--" Before I could finish my sentence, I felt his sausage lips crash onto mine, pulling me closer before I had a chance to react.
Until I reacted.
I pulled away, sending him tumbling back a few feet. "WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!"
"To make me feel better. Don't tell me you didn't like it."
"Wha-you--" I coughed to hide the small smile that escaped my lips. "Whatever."
"So does that mean you liked it?"
"Are we dating now?"
"Do you want to get married?"
