Well, I realized something recently.
It took me a while for me to figure out, but lately I've just been down in general, and I get stressed and I over think about little things like asking someone for a pencil or going up in class.

I have really bad social anxiety, and I think I have depression too.
I'm going to the doctor soon and probably getting meds to help, but I looked up the symptoms for both and I have almost all of them.
I dot really think you guys care, but I need some place to spill.
