It All Starts In Sydney,
Sunday 21st: Did someone say zoo? Did someone just scream with excitement like a small child? Lets head to Taronga Zoo and have fun with the animals. Don't forget your camera and that sunscreen- slip, slop, slap, slide!
"You seriously look adorable today" Lorrie commented as we entered the zoo with Josh following closely behind us. "I thought I looked cute everyday" I joked, flashing a cheeky smile.
"That's true but I think it's the hat, it's so cute" Lorrie commented, causing Josh let out a loud sigh. "We get it, your hats cute, woo" he said with a hint of sarcasm, "now, can we just look at the animals."
"Someone's impatient today" I giggled, shoving Josh gently who shrugged. "I like going to the zoo and your ruining the fun by admiring each other" he added.
"I'm sorry, Joshy, for torturing you with our girl talk" Lorrie laughed, shaking her head and fixing her sunglasses. "So glad the weather's decent today" she added.
Josh groaned again, "if you girls keep chit-chatting I'm going to have to look at the animals myself."
Lorrie and I chuckled a little, approaching the large zoo map. "Where first, Josh?" I asked, turning to look at our friend who was now observing the map.
"The elephants, then the monkeys and then the tigers" Josh began to list his favourite animals. "I have a feeling today's going to be so busy" Lorrie commented, smiling.
"What gave you that idea?" Josh grinned, turning to look at her. "Oh, no idea at all" Lorrie chuckled, shaking her head.
"So, lets get going" Josh smiled, shoving his hands in his pocket and rocking slightly on his feet. "Yeah, we better get going before Josh begins nagging" I nodded.
Josh skipped ahead of us with a wide smile plastered on his face. "He's not really in his twenties, is he?" Lorrie asked jokingly.
"Yeah, he is but he's adorable and cute and awkward" I smiled gently, fixing my hat.
"He's more adorable than your hat" Lorrie laughed.
"He's too adorable for words" I nodded.
"Tell me something I don't know" Josh turned on his heel, grinning wide.
Where would I be without these two?
